Hamirpur, May 15 (Hindustan Reporter) On Wednesday, a young man from the town used indecency and abuses with the team of Static Magistrate engaged on election duty in the big square of Maudha town. In this case, the Static Magistrate has registered a case against the youth by giving a complaint to the Kotwali police.
The District Election Officer has posted Junior Engineer (Urban) Jal Nigam Aditya Pratap, posted at the headquarters, on the duty of Static Magistrate as part of the election process in Bada Chauraha of the town. He gave a complaint to the Kotwali police and told that today he along with his entire team was carrying out investigation and search operation of suspicious vehicles coming and going at a big intersection. Then Rizwan Ali, resident of Marathipura Mohalla, passed there in his Alto car number UP 91K 8690. The team asked to stop his car and search it. After this he got upset and started abusing Rahul Shivhare, the cameraman who was doing videography in the team, and tried to break the camera.
Not only this, the Static Magistrate told that the young man misbehaved with the policemen as well as created obstruction in the election work and went away while threatening them. According to the complaint received from the Static Magistrate, Kotwali in-charge Ram Asare Saroj has registered a case against the accused youth under sections 353, 504 and 506. Kotwali in-charge said that action is being taken in the matter.
