There is nothing greater than mother, Mahatma and God: Pandit Raghav Mishra

Sehore, 11 May (HS). Blessings of three people are necessary in life. In childhood it is the mother, in youth it is the Mahatma and in old age it is God. As soon as the mother takes care of childhood, the Mahatma restores youth and God takes care of old age. That is why it is said that there is nothing greater than Mother, Mahatma and God.

This idea was expressed by Katha, son of famous storyteller Pandit Pradeep Mishra, on Saturday, the first day of the three-day Shiv Mahapuran organized under the joint aegis of Vithlesh Seva Samiti, Shraddha Bhakti Seva Samiti, Sankalp Nasha Mukti Kendra and District Sanskar Manch at Sankalp Old Age Home near Saikarkhedi Jod of the city. Expressed by Vyas Pandit Raghav Mishra. Before Katha, a grand Kalash Yatra was started from Shri Siddheshwar Mahadev Temple located at Saikdakhedi Anjalidham in the city, in which more than a dozen women were carrying Kalash.

On Saturday morning, the Katha was started with full rituals and prayers in the presence of more than half a dozen people. The story will conclude on Monday. Prasad will be distributed on this occasion.

You will reap the fruits as you sow.

Katha Vyas Pandit Raghav Mishra said that Mother is the one who gives us values, we will get the fruits according to the seeds we sow. If the seed of religion is planted then the crop of values will flourish. Mahatma is the one who inspires us to move on the right path and by worshiping God, karma gets destroyed and virtue gets accumulated. A person becomes great not by birth but by action. One can go towards the path of salvation by worshiping human character. The one who criticizes religion goes to hell.

Husband and wife should have trust and honesty towards each other

On the first day of the Katha, Katha Vyas Pandit Raghav Mishra said that if the mutual coordination between husband and wife deteriorates, then the relationship also starts deteriorating. It is most important to have mutual trust in this relationship. If husband and wife break each other's trust, married life gets ruined. This can be understood from a story from Shiva Mahapuran. There is a story of Chanchula and Binduk in Shiva Mahapuran. Both of them got married. After marriage, Binduk left Chanchula and lived with other women. Binduk's conduct had deteriorated greatly. For a long time, Chanchula ignored her husband's mistakes and remained patient. Tried to reform her husband, but Binduk's behavior did not improve. Due to her husband's neglect, Chanchula's mind also started wandering towards other men. Now she too had fallen from her conduct. Both husband and wife had broken each other's trust. Binduk died after a few days due to illness. Now Chanchula was left alone. One day she repented that she had done wrong things just like her husband. After this regret, Chanchula heard the story of Shivpuran. From the story he got the knowledge that listening to the story of Shiva keeps the mind calm. She started worshiping Lord Shiva. When Chanchula died, his soul reached Shiva Loka. In Shiv Lok, Goddess Parvati supported Chanchula and told Shiv ji that this woman is at fault, she has also done wrong things like her husband, but she has done all this because of her husband's neglect. Therefore it should get salvation. After this, Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati told the spirits of Binduk-Chanchula that in married life, husband and wife should have trust and honesty towards each other.
