In view of the clash, Parsa district administration has imposed curfew in Birgunj and hundreds of police forces are marching on the streets. After the curfew, the movement of vehicles was stopped by barricading near Shankaracharya Gate of Nepal Administration. Whereas people going on foot are being allowed to go only after showing their citizenship of Nepal and India.
Parsa District CDO Dinesh Sagar Bhusal said that complete curfew has been implemented in Birgunj Municipal Corporation area. Curfew will continue until the situation becomes normal.
