The University Administration has released the official notification for the recruitment of Non-Teaching and Para-Medical Staff on various posts on Regular (Regular Direct Recruitment) basis. Various posts of Administrative, Technical and Library Department are to be filled under the advertisement number (Advt. No. NT-04/2026 to NT-11/2026) issued by Shri Krishna Ayush University Kurukshetra. The University has invited online applications for these vacancies. The major posts that have been included in the recruitment drive include the posts of Assistant Registrar, SDE Civil, Junior Engineer (JE Civil & Electrical), Library Assistant, Library Counter Clerk, Library Restorer and Store Keeper. Different educational qualifications and criteria have been prescribed for various non-teaching posts by the university administration.

Assistant Registrar: For this higher administrative post, it is mandatory for the candidate to have a Master’s Degree with at least 55 percent marks and 5 years of administrative experience in the relevant field.

SDE & JE (Civil & Electrical): Candidates holding degree or diploma in relevant engineering branch (Civil/Electrical) are eligible to apply.

Library Posts and Store Keeper: For Library Clerk, Restorer and Assistant posts, it is necessary to have Graduation or Degree/Diploma in Library Science from a recognized institute.

General Terms: For all posts, candidates should have studied Hindi or Sanskrit subject at 10th or 12th level.

Age Limit: The minimum age of the candidates has been fixed at 18 years and maximum age is 42 years. However, as per the rules of Haryana Government, reserved category candidates will be provided relaxation in upper age limit as per rules.
The candidates selected under this recruitment drive will be given a very attractive pay scale as per the pay matrix of Haryana Government. FPL-10 (pay scale ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500 per month) has been fixed for the post of Assistant Registrar. FPL-6 (pay scale ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400) will be given for the posts of Junior Engineer and Library Assistant. Whereas for the posts of Library Counter Clerk, Restorer and Store Keeper, the pay scale is FPL-2 (₹ 19,900 to ₹ 63,200). The selection process will include written examination (OMR Based MCQ Test), weightage of academic marks, computer knowledge or typing skill test as per the requirement of the posts and finally interview and document verification.

Application Fee: It is fixed at ₹ 1,500 for general category male candidates, ₹ 750 for general female candidates and ₹ 375 for reserved categories (SC/BC/EWS) of Haryana. The application for Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) is completely free.
