More than 4 lakh women are strengthening the rural economy
The Chief Minister wrote that today, more than 4 lakh women from 31 districts, by joining milk producing companies like Balini, Samantha, Kashi, Baba Gorakhnath and Srijani in the state, are strengthening the rural economy by making milk production a powerful medium of income, entrepreneurship and self-reliance. The BC Sakhi initiative in every Gram Panchayat has played an important role in making women self-reliant as well as expanding financial inclusion in rural areas.
