Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya will communicate with public representatives, party officials and workers.

Keshav Prasad Maurya will visit Prayagraj on 18 October 2026. As per the scheduled programme, he will interact with party officials, public representatives and workers at Circuit House, Prayagraj at 5:00 pm. After this, he will hold a meeting with departmental officials and review the progress of development works and public welfare schemes.

The special emphasis of Deputy Chief Minister Shri Maurya will be on extending the benefits of the schemes of the Central and State Government to the people standing at the last rung of the society, strengthening the rural economy and expanding employment and livelihood opportunities. In the meeting, important topics like schemes of Rural Development Department, rural connectivity routes, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Rural, Chief Minister Awas Yojana, women empowerment through self-help groups and employment generation under Vikas Bharat-Ji Ram Ji Yojana can be discussed.

Along with this, special attention will also be given to the development of food processing sector, value addition to farmers’ produce, increasing employment opportunities for rural youth and accelerating efforts towards making women self-help groups economically self-reliant.
