Now in France, if you have taken an appointment with a doctor and you do not have any special reason behind taking the appointment with the doctor, then you can be fined 5 euros.
The French government is going to take this step from January next year. This decision has been taken in view of the deteriorating health service in France, shortage of staff and increasing demand for doctors.
