Cabinet Minister Kapil Mishra, while issuing official instructions, has clarified a list of banned animals, whose sacrifice will be completely illegal in Delhi. According to this guideline:

Minister Kapil Mishra has made it clear in the order that neither sacrifices can be made on the roads, streets, parks or any public place of Delhi nor animals can be bought and sold openly (illegal markets).

According to the new rules, there will be a strict ban on spreading garbage and filth in drains, roads or open fields after the sacrifice. There will be complete prohibition of dumping animal waste and blood into sewer lines or drainage systems. For this, MCD and related departments have been asked to make special arrangements for special cleanliness and waste disposal.

The Minister has also appealed to the general public for cooperation and said that if any person is found violating these rules or trying to smuggle/sacrifice prohibited animals, then the local people should immediately inform the Delhi Police or the concerned authorities.
