The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has started the registration process for the Foundation, Intermediate and Final examinations to be held in January 2026. Important dates to apply

As per the schedule released by ICAI, the application process has started. The last date to fill the form without any late fee is 16 November 2025. If you miss applying by this date, you do not need to be disappointed. You can also submit your application till 19th November 2025 with late fee of Rs 600.

ICAI has also provided an opportunity to the students to make corrections in their application form. If you make any errors while filling the form, you can make corrections through the correction window between November 20 to November 22, 2025. During this time you will be able to make changes in information like your examination city and medium of examination.

When will the exams be held? (exam dates)

ICAI has also announced the dates of exams for all three levels:

• CA Final: Group I exam will be held on January 5, 7 and 9, while Group II exam will be held on January 11, 13 and 16, 2026.
• CA Intermediate: Group I exam will be held on January 6, 8 and 10, and Group II exam will be held on January 12, 15 and 17, 2026.
• CA Foundation: This examination will be held on 18, 20, 22 and 24 January 2026.

How much is the application fee?

The application fees for Indian exam centers are as follows:

• Foundation Course: ₹1,500
• Intermediate Course: ₹1,500 for one group and ₹2,700 for both groups.
• Final Course: ₹1,800 for one group and ₹3,300 for both groups.
