Last year, more than 46 lakh people participated in the Chardham Yatra. Last time, there were many problems regarding registration in the early stages of the journey, causing the entire program of passengers to go wrong. Learning from the shortcomings of the last time, it has been decided to smooth 60 percent online and 40 percent offline registration for Chardham Yatra. Offline registration will be possible 10 days before the journey starts, while the online registration will start from March 11. The economic system of three districts of Uttarakhand Chamoli, Rudraprayag and Uttarkashi, which is the houses of Chardham Yatra, is associated with this pilgrimage.
