1. Cabbage Manchurian Recipe

Material:

  • Cabbage: 2 cups
  • Oil: to fry

For sauce:

  • Oil: 1 teaspoon
  • Finely chopped onion: 1
  • Finely chopped garlic buds: 5
  • Chopped chili in length: 3
  • Tomato ketchup: 1 teaspoon
  • Chili Sauce: 2 Tsp
  • Soy Sauce: 3 Tsp
  • Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  • Water: 5 teaspoons
  • Cornflore: 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped Green Onion: 2 Tsp

For solution:

  • Flour: 4 teaspoons
  • Cornflore: 3 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water: 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Prepare the sauce: Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add onion, green chillies, and garlic to it and fry the onion until it becomes light golden.
  2. After this, add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, soy sauce and vinegar and mix. When the oil starts separating from the mixture, add cornflour solution and let the sauce thicken.
  3. Fry cabbage: To prepare the solution, add flour, cornflour, and salt and add water. Dip the pieces of cabbage in it and fry it till it becomes golden in hot oil.
  4. Pour the fried cabbage pieces into the finished sauce and mix well. Add chopped green onion on top and serve hot.

2. Cabbage Korma Recipe

Material:

  • Cabbage: 1 medium size
  • Finely chopped onion: 1
  • Ginger Paste: 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Raisins: 1 teaspoon
  • Cashew paste: 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Chinese: pinch
  • Oil: 2 teaspoons
  • Ghee: 1 teaspoon

Method:

  1. Wash the cabbage and cut it into small pieces. Apply turmeric and fry it till it turns golden in hot oil.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, ginger paste, and spices (coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric) and fry the spices thoroughly.
  3. When oil starts separating from the spices, add cashew paste, raisins, salt and sugar and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add coconut milk and some water and cook it on medium flame.
  5. When the gravy is ready, add fried cabbage and cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Finally add garam masala and ghee. Mix well and serve hot.
