Jodhpur, 02 December (HS). On the occasion of completion of one year of the state government’s tenure, various programs will be organized in the district from 12th to 15th December. In this regard, District Collector Gaurav Aggarwal held a meeting with district level officials at Marwar International Center on Monday and gave necessary guidelines. In view of the possibility of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma coming to the program, instructions were given to organize the program comprehensively and successfully.
District Collector Aggarwal said that as per the program, Run for Developed Rajasthan, Youth Conference and Employment Festival, inauguration of district level exhibition, release of District Darshan Booklet, inauguration of Panch Gaurav etc. will be organized on 12th December. There will be a farmers conference on 13th December, women’s conference and Antyodaya Seva Camp on 14th December and on 15th December, the Chief Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of various development works through virtual medium from the state level. Aggarwal appointed the heads of departments of all concerned departments as nodal officers and gave necessary guidelines for the successful organization of the program.
District Collector Aggarwal took detailed information from the district level officials regarding the listing of beneficiaries under various public welfare schemes during the programs, venue of the program, tents, route map, meeting arrangements, drinking water, cleanliness, mobile toilets and other necessary arrangements. Discussed and gave necessary guidelines. During this, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Dr. Shubhamangla, Subdivision Officer North IAS Ravi Kumar, Additional District Collector First Jawahar Chaudhary, Additional District Collector Second Surendra Singh Purohit and other concerned departmental officers were present.
