Instead of buying canned juice from outside, home-made fresh grape juice is not only cheaper, but it also does not contain any preservatives. Here are the two easiest ways to make juice.

1. Fresh Grape Juice (Quick Method)

This method is best for those who need instant energy and freshness.

Material: 2 cups black or green grapes, half cup water, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, black salt (as per taste), and some mint leaves.

Method: 1. Wash the grapes thoroughly by adding salt in clean water. 2. Add grapes, water, lemon juice and mint in a mixer jar and blend well. 3. Now filter it with the help of a strainer so that the peels are separated. 4. Add black salt and ice cubes and serve chilled.

2. Grape concentrate (cooking method)

If you want to make the juice a little thicker and storable for a longer period, then follow this method.

Material: 500 grams black grapes, 1 cup water, 2-3 tablespoons sugar (optional).

Method: 1. In a heavy bottomed vessel, add washed grapes and water and boil on medium flame. 2. When the grapes start bursting and their color fades into the water, turn off the flame. 3. Let the mixture cool down a bit and then mash it and filter it. 4. You can store this prepared juice in a glass bottle in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. While drinking, add some water and chaat masala to it.
