News India Live, Digital Desk: Panic in Delhi: A worrying news related to the education sector in Delhi has come to light, where two other prestigious schools in the city, including the DPS school in Dwarka, received a bomb on Monday morning. After these threats, the premises of all the affected schools were immediately evacuated to ensure the safety of students and staff members. This incident created an atmosphere of panic and chaos when the students came to attend their regular classes.
According to the information received, at around 8 am, the three schools – DPS (Delhi Public School), Mother Mary School, and another anonymous school at Dwarka were threatened with bombs through email. Immediately after receiving the email, school administrations informed the police without any delay. The Delhi Police took fast action as soon as the information was received and the Bomb Disposal Squad – BDS, Dog Squad and Fire Department teams were sent to the spot.
The buildings of all three schools were completely evacuated as a precaution. The students were called to their parents and sent to a safe house, while the school staff and employees also left the campus. Currently, security agencies are investigating the reliability behind these threats and are conducting intensive search operations to search for any suspicious item in the school premises.
