News India Live, Digital Desk: India-Neighbor Relations: Under a major political change in the neighboring country Nepal, Pushp Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has taken over as Prime Minister. On this occasion, Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi congratulated him on the phone and sent his best wishes.

PM Modi in his congratulations emphasized the deep and unique relations between India and Nepal. He said that the relationship between the two countries is not only in the neighborhood, but on the mutual association of centuries old culture and people.
