Police deployment: Various action plans have been made by the city police to maintain law and order during the December 31 celebrations. In which instructions have been given to keep special vigil on all suspicious hotels, farm houses, continuous vehicle checking, combing as well as to keep a vigil on listed liquor smugglers and accused involved in drug related crimes. Apart from this, Ahmedabad Police has made a special action plan for the 31st celebration. 6,000 policemen along with 500 policemen with breath analyzers will be deployed in the settlement.
Immediate investigation and search operation
Celebration of 31 December Ramyan Ahmedabad city is working as per the action plan prepared by the police officials to maintain law and order. In which instructions have been given to keep a special watch on hotels, farm houses and the arrested accused, on whom the police has raided earlier also. Apart from this, all the DCPs, ACPs, Police Inspectors of the city along with their staff have been requested for vehicle checking and combing operations.
Police deployment even in sensitive areas
Earlier in the police investigation, cars without helmets and with black film on the glass were stopped and checked. The black film was also removed from the vehicles which had black film on their windows. Now instructions have been given to register more cases against the listed liquor smugglers. There will be strong police presence on CG Road, SG Highway, Sindhu Bhawan Road. Police has held a meeting with the party plot and club organisers. SHE team will be deployed for women safety. Security arrangements will be maintained even in sensitive areas.
