Tej Pratap Yadav, elder son of Lalu Prasad Yadav and minister in Bihar government, has made such a scathing attack on his own party’s strong leader and MLA Bhai Virendra, which has created an earthquake within the party.
Tej Pratap Yadav directly described brother Virendra as a ‘Gunda’ and a ‘Mawali’ and said that such people have worked to ruin Bihar. His anger erupted after an incident that took place during the foundation day program of RJD, where reports of rift between the two leaders had come to light.
Why did ‘Lalu’s sons’ get angry?
The matter is related to the foundation day celebration of RJD, where there was some altercation between Tej Pratap Yadav and brother Virendra on the stage. Referring to this incident, Tej Pratap vented out all his anger while talking to journalists.
He said, “Such goons and scoundrels have worked to ruin the party and Bihar. How can a person who does not know how to respect elders become a leader?”
Tej Pratap did not stop here, he warned brother Virendra that he should stay within his limits. He said, “Whenever I go to any event, my supporters and the public surround me. This makes some people jealous. But I am a descendant of Krishna, I am not afraid of these small things.”
No one listens to anyone in RJD
Tej Pratap raised serious questions on the working style of his own party and said that nowadays no one listens to anyone in RJD. He alleged that senior leaders are not being respected in the party and some people have considered the party as their property. He clearly said that such behavior will not be tolerated anymore and he will complain about it to his father Lalu Prasad Yadav and brother Tejashwi Yadav.
‘War’ is old in RJD
This is not the first time that internal discord has come to the fore in RJD. Tej Pratap Yadav has already targeted other party leaders many times. He often keeps accusing him of neglect. But this time the way he has directly attacked a big leader like Bhai Virendra, it is clear that everything is not going well within RJD. Now it remains to be seen how Lalu Yadav and Tejashwi Yadav calm down this ‘Mahabharata’.
