Many MLAs and leaders reached the assembly wearing black veneers, symbolizing their outrage towards the government and opposition to ‘black days’. The uproar on this issue deepened so much that it was not limited to the capital of Bihar, but also heard its echo till Delhi. In fact, the opposition parties are attacked by the government’s policies and many important topics like education, employment, farmers. As soon as the assembly session started, members of the opposition stood up from their seats raising anti -government slogans. Their demand was that the government should take serious attention to these burning problems and take appropriate action. The vigorous slogans and demonstrations within the House obstructed the proceedings. The members of the Opposition adopted a symbolic way of wearing black clothes during this time to show what issues they are surrounded by the government and how ‘serious’ are considered as ‘serious’. This protest was not limited to the assembly only. Demonstration on these issues left Bihar and reached the capital Delhi. When will this quarrel stop between the ruling party and the opposition and when the issues of public interest will rise smoothly in the House, it remains to be seen.
