Rajasthan School Incident: Girls in government school stripped for ₹ 500, huge uproar from family members; Accused teacher suspended

Gangapur City/Sawai Madhopur. A very sensational and shocking incident has come to light that has put the education world of Rajasthan to shame. According to the incident, ₹ 500 of a senior teacher working in the school had gone missing. When the money was not found even after a lot of searching in the class, madam took a suicidal step, keeping all decorum aside:

• Locked in the room: The teacher locked several girls of class 9th and 11th in an isolated room on suspicion of theft.

• Forced to remove clothes: Despite strong protests and cries from the girls, their clothes were forced to be removed in the name of search.

• Girls in deep shock: The girl students were deeply mentally shocked by this shameful and humiliating incident and after reaching home, they narrated their entire ordeal to their parents crying.

Angry villagers locked the school, created panic in police and education department

As soon as this news spread in the village, the villagers and family members got angry. A large number of people reached the school premises with sticks and started creating ruckus.

1. School Lockdown: The furious villagers immediately locked the main gate of the school and were adamant on demanding immediate arrest and suspension of the guilty teachers.

2. Administrative interference: Seeing the seriousness of the matter, Bamanwas’s acting Chief Block Education Officer (CBEO) Pratibha Meena and the local police force immediately reached the spot. CBEO recorded the personal statements of the victim girls, in which the students fully confirmed this disgusting act of the teacher.

Strict action: Senior teacher Saraswati Meena suspended, departmental inquiry started

After the matter reached the district headquarters and higher authorities, the Education Department has taken prompt and punitive action:

• Teacher’s suspension: Joint Director of School Education, Bharatpur Division, Dalveer Singh said that on the basis of the preliminary investigation report of the District Education Officer, the accused Senior Teacher Saraswati Meena With immediate effect under Rule 13 of Rajasthan Civil Service Rules 1958 Suspended Has been done. During the suspension period, his headquarters will be at Rajkheda, Dholpur.

• Instructor relieved: Along with this, vocational education instructor Vandana Sharma, who was co-accused in the incident, has also been immediately relieved from her work for the service provider company.
