Welcoming Prime Minister Modi Vadodara’s army officer Colonel Sophia Qureshi was also included in the crowd in the queue. He was seen showering flowers on former Chief Minister of Gujarat Prime Minister Modi.
Talking to the news agency, Colonel Qureshi’s sister Shaina Sunasara said, “We liked meeting PM Modi. She has done a lot for women empowerment. Sophia is my twin sister. When your sister does something for the country, it inspires not only me but also others. Now she is not only my sister but also the sister of the country.”
