Make ‘buttermilk bread’ in traditional Vidarbha style, will give cool to the body


Many traditional dishes are prepared in various parts of the state including Maharashtra. These traditional dishes are made everywhere since ancient times. So today we are going to tell you the simple recipe for Vidarbha making buttermilk bread for breakfast. Buttermilk bread is a dish in Vidarbha at breakfast or hunger. Consuming this substance gives the body cool. Apart from this, the increased heat in the stomach is low and the stomach fire is calm. In different parts of the state, rotis are made from different grains. Let’s know the easy method of making buttermilk bread.

Material:

  • stale bread
  • Buttermilk
  • Green chilly
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • Coriander
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • red chilli
  • Turmeric

Action:

  • To make buttermilk bread, first of all grind stale or fresh roti in a bowl. Apart from this, you can grind the bread in a grinder.
  • Then add curd, black pepper powder and salt to a big bowl and whisk well. Do not leave any curd lumps in it while whisking.
  • Then add buttermilk, chopped onion and coriander in the bread and mix.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry mustard seeds, cumin, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, red chillies and turmeric.
  • Pour the prepared mixture on the bread and mix. The bread of buttermilk made in a simple way is ready.
