News India Live, Digital Desk: Today every citizen of India is sad. The reason is the news which has come from across the seven seas and has hurt our hearts. We often feel proud when we hear the thunder of fighter jets in the sky, but sometimes this very sky takes away our heroes from us forever.
A very sad news came from Dubai Air Show, where India had gone to showcase its strength. Pride of our country, ‘Tejas’ fighter jet Crashed, and we lost one of our promising sons, Wing Commander Namansh Syal Lost forever.
That son of Devbhoomi Himachal
Naman Syal was not just a pilot; He was the pride of Himachal Pradesh which is called the ‘land of heroes’. Growing up in the lap of mountains, Naman always dreamed of going beyond the clouds. His acquaintances say that since childhood, he used to look towards the sky and dream of flying a fighter plane. Who would have thought that the sky he loved so much would witness his last breath?
What happened in Dubai?
An air show was going on in the skies of Dubai. The eyes of the whole world were fixed on the feats of India’s indigenous aircraft ‘Tejas’. Wing Commander Naman, sitting in his cockpit, was showing the might of India to the world. Everything was going well when suddenly a terrible accident happened. Everything was over in a few seconds. In an instant the festive atmosphere turned into mourning.
This accident reminds us that our Air Force soldiers live with great challenges and risks every moment – whether it is the battlefield or an air show.
Machine broken, no courage
The crash of Tejas may be a technological setback, but nothing can compensate for the real ‘diamond’ that the country has lost. Pilots like Wing Commander Naman Syal are not made every day. These are the people who fly with their lives at stake so that the flag of the country always remains high.
People are paying tribute to him on social media, and there is silence in his village in Himachal. Naman may not be among us today, but his last flight will always be remembered.
He was a fighter, and he bid farewell like a fighter. The country will never forget this son. Jai Hind.
