Iran has once again crossed the border and carried out a major action like surgical strike against terrorism. Iranian security forces have killed many dreaded terrorists of terrorist organization Jaish-al-Adl in Rask area bordering Pakistan. This is the same terrorist organization which is facing serious allegations of kidnapping Indian citizen Kulbhushan Jadhav and handing him over to Pakistani intelligence agency ISI. This action of Iran has not only taught a lesson to the culprits of Jadhav, but has also exposed the terrorist safe havens of Pakistan.

Bloody encounter in Rask: Iran’s ‘revenge’ operation

According to the Iranian Revolutionary Guards (IRGC), intelligence was received that Jaish-al-Adl terrorists were planning a major attack in the Rask area. After this, Iranian forces laid siege and attacked the terrorists. Many top commanders of the organization were killed in this encounter that lasted for hours. Iran has made it clear that it will go to any extent to protect its borders. Let us tell you that Jaish-al-Adl has been carrying out terrorist activities in Sistan-Baluchistan province of Iran for a long time, which has the tacit support of Pakistan.

The dark history of this organization is linked to the Kulbhushan Jadhav case.

Indian intelligence agencies believe that in 2016, Kulbhushan Jadhav was kidnapped from Chabahar, Iran by the operatives of Jaish-al-Adl (formerly known as Jundullah). These terrorists had kidnapped Jadhav and pushed him to the Pakistan border, from where his arrest was shown. The elimination of this organization by Iran is also being considered a big achievement from India’s point of view, because the pieces that implicated Jadhav in the false case are now being destroyed one by one.

‘Use of Pakistani land will not be tolerated’ – Tehran bluntly

After this attack, Tehran has given a strong warning to Islamabad. Iran has clarified that it has repeatedly warned Pakistan not to allow its land to be used for terrorist activities. In the recent past, Iran has several times carried out missile and drone attacks inside the Pakistani border, due to which the tension between the two countries has reached its peak. Iran alleges that organizations like Jaish-al-Adl are protected by the Pakistani army, which carry out ambushes on Iranian border guards.

American weapons and evidence of foreign funding found with terrorists

After the encounter, a huge quantity of foreign weapons, night vision devices and satellite phones have been recovered from the killed terrorists. According to Iranian media, these terrorists were not only spreading religious fundamentalism, but they were also receiving huge funding from the West to create instability in Iran. After this action, Pakistan’s Shehbaz Sharif government is on the back foot, because it has been calling itself a victim of terrorism on the international stage, while Iran’s enemies are flourishing at home.
