To make nutrient-rich jaggery tea for two people, you will need one cup of water, one cup of milk, two teaspoons of tea powder, one inch piece of ginger, four teaspoons of jaggery and two green cardamom pods.

First of all, put milk in a vessel and let it heat. When the milk starts boiling, turn off the gas. When the milk is hot, add one cup of water in another vessel and let it boil on medium flame.

Mix ginger, green cardamom and jaggery well in hot water and cook till the jaggery dissolves.
