Indian stock market rises, Bank Nifty opens at new record high

There is excitement in the Indian stock market and due to the 2-day meeting of the US Federal Reserve, there is movement in the market. Last night, a good rise was seen in the American markets and the domestic markets are also getting support due to Dow Jones closing on the rise. Bank Nifty today opened at a new record high of 49,477, up 53.05 points or 0.11 per cent.

In today's trade, BSE Sensex opened 129.61 points or 0.17 per cent higher at 74,800. NSE's Nifty opened at 22,679, up 36.25 points or 0.16 per cent.

Pre-market Sensex was trading 131 points or 0.18 per cent up at 74803 while NSE's Nifty was trading at 22678, up 34.90 points or 0.15 per cent.
