
A shocking case has come to light in the Cooperative Department of Fatehpur district of Uttar Pradesh , A person was working for 26 years in the name of his dead brother and the wife of the deceased was taking pension. The scam was revealed through an RTI. The accused in this case has now retired from the post of General Manager. The police have registered a case in this case and started investigation.
Case filed against two brothers and wife of the deceased
According to the information received, Dinesh Kumar Shukla of Dari Khurd village of Bakewar police station area was a teacher in a municipal school at Seelampur Phase-3, Delhi on 20 April 1993. He also took the Lower Sub-Ordinate Examination in Lucknow in 1997. After passing the exam, he was selected in the post of ADO. He died on 25 April 1997 before his appointment.
During this, the deceased’s wife Anasuya and fourth brother Kailash Narayan Shukla, third brother Naresh Kumar Shukla worked as late Dinesh Kumar Shukla. The matter came to light when the second brother of the deceased Mukesh Kumar Shukla complained to the District Magistrate.
RTI scam exposed
At present, the DM has suspended him. After this Naresh Kumar went to the High Court and started working with adjournment orders from there. Now he has retired after 26 years of service. On the other hand, the second brother has revealed the scam by filing RTI. The police have registered a case against two brothers of the deceased and his wife in this case.
