Get rid of constipation and diseases:

Posts

Due to today’s fast-paced life and spoiled eating habits, stomach problems have become the most common problem. Many people are worried that their stomach is not cleaned properly. Over time, eating oily, spicy and heavy food causes dirt to accumulate in our colon, which makes it difficult to pass stools and diseases like constipation start to surround us.

If you also struggle with this problem daily, then founder and spiritual guru of Isha Foundation Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev Has given three very easy and natural remedies for cleaning the intestines. Sadhguru believes that just as wrong food accumulates dirt in the stomach, some right things also help in removing it.

What to eat to cleanse the intestines?

1. Neem and turmeric magic pill

Sadhguru says that starting your day with bitter things is very beneficial.

  • Method: Grind fresh neem leaves every morning on an empty stomach. Add a little turmeric powder to it and make small pills.
  • Benefit: Neem eliminates harmful bacteria from inside the body, keeping your digestive system clean. Whereas turmeric increases its anti-inflammatory properties. This mixture not only cleanses the body internally but also strengthens your immune system.

2. Consuming ‘Triphala’ before sleeping

Triphala is the most famous mixture of Ayurveda, which is made up of three fruits- Amla, Harad and Baheda It is made by mixing.

  • Method: Take Triphala powder mixed with hot water, milk or honey before sleeping at night.
  • Benefit: Triphala works like a mild laxative, that is, it makes bowel movements easier. By taking it at night, the stomach becomes completely clean in the morning and the colon remains healthy in a natural way.

3. Castor Oil

If your constipation is chronic, Sadhguru recommends consuming castor oil.

  • Method: Mix half a teaspoon of lukewarm castor oil in water or milk and drink it at night.
  • Benefit: Castor oil is a powerful cleansing agent that helps in gradually softening and removing the dirt stuck in the intestines for years. By consuming it, the intestines remain clean and the body feels light.

Keep these things in mind to stay healthy

Sadhguru emphasizes that just eating these things will not help. Along with this, make two changes in your daily routine:

  • Keep long intervals between meals: Keep a gap of at least 5 to 6 hours between meals. This gives your body full time for digestion.
  • Go to the toilet twice a day: Sadhguru considers it an important habit for the internal health of the body.

These simple, but effective measures will not only keep your intestines and colon clean, but you will also feel more active and energetic throughout the day.
