It has become easier to book tickets through UTS app and ATVM. Now passengers will not have to get long queues for unreserved tickets. Ahmedabad division of Western Railway has made this booking process even easier keeping in mind the convenience of passengers.

Railways are providing two modern means to passengers – UTS Mobile App and Automatic Ticket Vending Machine (ATVM). Passengers can book tickets themselves through both these mediums, which saves time and money.

Features of UTS app: Passengers can book tickets from their mobile phones. Travel tickets, season tickets and platform tickets are available. UPI, Debit/Credit Card and R-Wallet Options are available for payment, while 3% bonus amount is available on R-Wallet Recharge. Tickets are paperless, so that they are environmentally friendly and there is no need to stand in queues.

ATVM facilities: Passengers can book tickets themselves with the ATVM machine installed at the station. Travel tickets, season tickets and platform tickets are also available here. UPI QR code and railway smart cards can be used for payment, and 3% bonus on recharge is also available. This provides freedom from standing in queues and saves time and money.
