Rules are changing from November 1
lpg cylinder price
Petroleum companies in the country change the prices of gas cylinders (LPG Cylinder Price) on the first of every month and release the new price. There may be a change in its prices today on 1st November.
change in train tickets
Indian Railways train ticket advance reservation period (ARP), excluding the day of journey, will be reduced from 120 days to 60 days from November 1, 2024.
ATF and CNG-PNG price
Apart from CNG-PNG, the prices of Air Turbine Fuel (ATF) are also revised on the 1st of every month.
Bank holiday for 13 days
Banks will remain closed for 13 days in the month of November. Customers can perform banking related tasks and transactions using online services during bank holidays. This service is operational 24X7.
credit card rules
- State Bank of India (SBI) subsidiary SBI Card is going to implement a major change related to utility bill payments and finance charges through its credit cards from November 1.
- Finance charge of Rs 3.75 per month will be levied on unsecured SBI credit cards from November 1.
- Apart from this, 1 percent additional charge will be levied on payment of more than Rs 50,000 for utility services including electricity, water, LPG gas.
money transfer rules
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced new rules for Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), which will come into effect from November 1, 2024. The objective of these rules is to prevent misuse of banking channels for fraud.
