Israel bombed Gaza School: The Israel-Hamas War, which started on 7 October 2023, has now taken the form of massacre on a full scale. In the twenty -seventh week of the war, 25 people were burnt alive when a bomb was dropped on a kind of kindergarten school in a fierce Israeli air strike on the Gaza Strip. This school was being used as a refugee camp. The dead include Red Cross activists, journalists, children and Gaza’s youngest social media influencer Yakin Hammad (age 11).
According to Al Jazeera, the entire building was destroyed in the school fire and many people got caught in the fire and died. Israel has been condemned internationally from this horrific incident. Spain has called upon countries around the world to ban Israel. More than 55,000 Palestinian citizens have been killed in the war so far, including thousands of children, women and the elderly. 1.9 million people have been displaced in Gaza, most of whom are living on the roads.
Rudra’s reality in Gaza: 70% of buildings were destroyed
According to the Gaza Media Office, more than 70 percent of the citizen infrastructure of Gaza has been destroyed. Israel has controlled 77% of the Gaza Strip and millions of citizens have been forcibly displaced. The Israeli army has divided Gaza into two parts through the ‘Netzarim Corridor’, making the independent movement of citizens almost impossible. Many densely populated areas have been declared ‘entry prohibition areas’.

Daily death and destruction
On May 23, a female doctor died in Khan Younis in the Israeli attack, nine children of Dr. Al-Najjar died and one of his sons was seriously injured. The age of the dead children was between 7 months to 12 years. The doctor’s husband is also seriously injured. More than 500 Palestinian citizens have been killed last week, while the attacks on Saturday and Sunday killed 182 people, including a large number of children and women.
Israel’s claim and international outrage
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has publicly stated that “the military campaign on Gaza will not stop until Hamas is completely destroyed.” He also clarified that after the end of the war, the Gaza Strip will be under the control of the Israeli army and the distribution will also be under his supervision. Israel says that Hamas manufactures military infrastructure in civilian areas, so citizens are also killed during ‘targeted campaigns’. However, the United Nations, UNICEF and the World Food Program have expressed serious concern over the human crisis in Gaza. According to a report by UNICEF, 96 percent of children in Gaza are malnourished and there is a serious threat of famine.
Demand to stop massacre from United Nations
The Gaza Media Office has accused Israel of plotting “ethnic elimination” and has demanded immediate intervention from the United Nations and International Community. Even today, thousands of bodies have not been recovered under the rubble in Gaza and the result of this war that tarnishes humanity is still unclear. Gaza is still burning. And the world is just watching.
