News India Live, Digital Desk: Maulana Fazlur Rehman, a prominent leader of Pakistan and head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F), has recently raised questions on the policies of his own government. He has openly said that Pakistan’s Afghanistan policy has completely failed, especially on the issue of India. Maulana Fazlur Rehman expressed concern that India is continuously increasing its presence in Afghanistan, but the surprising thing is that Kabul is not raising any objection to this.

Fazlur Rehman raised this issue during a press conference in Karachi. He said that in the last 75 years, no government of Pakistan has paid attention to improving its relations with Afghanistan, but rather worsened them. According to him, India is trying to strengthen its presence in Afghanistan and try to surround Pakistan through there. But, Pakistan has lagged far behind in this matter.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman also said that if Pakistan had maintained good relations with Kabul, India would not have got so much opportunity in Afghanistan. He also added that Pakistan needs to rethink its foreign policy, especially when it comes to Afghanistan and India. He believes that the current situation is not good for Pakistan and it can cause huge loss to the country.

In short, Maulana Fazlur Rehman is very angry with the foreign policy of his government and wants Pakistan to improve its relations with Afghanistan so that India’s increasing activities can be countered.
