New Delhi: A few days ago, AI engineer Atul Subhash had committed suicide in Bengaluru after being fed up with his wife’s harassment, now reports of a similar incident are coming in Delhi’s Kalyan Vihar. In Delhi, a businessman Puneet Khurana committed suicide by hanging himself. Puneet’s family alleges that being fed up with the harassment from his wife and her family members, Puneet has committed suicide. A divorce case is also going on between Puneet and his wife.
Delhi Police says that we have taken possession of the mobile phone of deceased Puneet and have started investigating its data. Puneet’s family claims that before committing suicide, he had made a video call with his wife for an hour, which was recorded and saved in his mobile phone, after which Puneet committed suicide. On one hand the country was celebrating 31 and on the other hand Puneet embraced death. This entire incident is being discussed extensively on social media.
Puneet’s father Triloknath claims that there was a divorce case going on between Puneet and his wife Manika, due to which his wife and in-laws were harassing Puneet regarding property and money. Meanwhile, Puneet’s sister alleges that both of them got married in 2016 and were living separately for the last two years. There was a time when Puneet decided to leave his parents and live with his wife but when the relationship between the two did not improve then Puneet came back to live with his parents. At present there was a dispute going on between the two regarding property and money. Puneet’s family alleges that they got Rs 65 lakh by selling the property which was given to Puneet’s wife’s father. After marriage, Puneet and his wife Manika started a cafe, which closed after some time. On the other hand, the police have also started investigating the dispute over money related to business amid allegations of wife’s harassment. At present, the police is busy investigating the video and voice recording of the conversation between the husband and wife.

According to the conversation, Puneet tells his wife to show what you want, do whatever else you want. In response the wife says that she will threaten or leave the house or commit suicide? Puneet says I have no affair with anyone, it has no other meaning, what do you want to show? Wife says I don’t care about these things, you can’t buy me, we have appealed for divorce but we are also business partners, business is a different matter. The wife further says, lying is your habit, beggar, what did I ask you?
Puneet says why are you complaining? Wife says I have learned this language from you only, if you come in front of me I will slap you, I don’t want to see you, I don’t want to get my hands dirty by hitting you, Puneet says that’s why I have called you, you can’t hack my account. Wife says why were you meeting other girls?
