He said that the government will take this issue seriously and protect the rights of domestic assistants.

The Kejriwal government is planning to launch a ‘Private Assistant Card’ for domestic assistants. This labor will be made on the lines of the card, in which all facilities and government benefits will be given.

He said, “These employees mostly work under central government officials and ministers. The promises we have made come under the jurisdiction of the Delhi government and we will fulfill them. ”

AAP MPs also supported

AAP Rajya Sabha MPs Sanjay Singh and Raghav Chadha also supported the scheme and promised to lift it in Parliament.

Sanjay Singh said:
“The issue was also raised in an all -party meeting on Thursday. The Parliament session is about to begin and every AAP MP will raise the matter with full force. ”

“We will ensure that the central government focus on it and take positive action as soon as possible.”

Delhi Assembly Elections 2025: AAP vs BJP collision

Delhi will be voted for the assembly elections on 5 February 2025, and the results will be declared on 8 February.

  • The AAP has been in power for three consecutive times and is trying to return for the fourth time.
  • BJP is throwing full strength to form a government in Delhi after 25 years.
  • The Congress seems weak in this election, but the equations of the coalition may change.

In this electoral atmosphere, the 7 guarantee scheme for domestic assistants is considered to be a major election promise of AAP, making efforts to woo lower and middle class families.
