Bettiah: Family members allege that 24-year-old Pinky Devi lost her life due to serious negligence of doctors.
According to the information, Jhuna Kumar, resident of Tikulia village of Chanpatia, had taken his wife Pinky Devi to GMCH for delivery. The child had a normal delivery in the hospital and the doctors allowed the woman to take her home. The family took Pinky Devi home, but her health continued to deteriorate there.
When his health deteriorated, the family took him again to GMCH in the morning. It is alleged that there was severe blood deficiency in the woman’s body, but the doctors told this late and did not start the treatment on time. Pinky Devi died due to delay in treatment.
As soon as the information about the death was received, the family members started protesting in the hospital and created a ruckus. Seeing the situation, the police reached the spot and started pacifying the people.
