News India Live, Digital Desk: Pakistani Army Claims: Claiming to have foiled a terrorist attack on its soil, Pakistan has once again tried to put the blame on India. According to reports, the Pakistani Army has claimed to have foiled a major terrorist attack in the Jhallar area of North Waziristan district on October 24. Army spokesperson (DG ISPR) said that 25 terrorists were killed in this operation, but five Pakistani Army soldiers also lost their lives.
Interestingly, Pakistan, which has long been a haven for terrorists, has once again accused “Indian proxies” of hiding their vulnerabilities. However, no concrete evidence has been presented to support these claims.
Is Pakistan struggling with internal strife?
According to local sources, this attack was planned by a local extremist group active against the Pakistani Army. From this it becomes clear that Pakistan is currently struggling with deep internal strife and instability.
According to the Army statement, they had received intelligence that some “Khawarij” (extremists), who are associated with the Indian proxy, were planning to carry out a suicide attack using a vehicle. Following this, the security forces conducted an operation, destroyed the vehicle and killed three terrorists.
Trying to hide your failures?
The internal security situation of Pakistan has deteriorated significantly in the last few years. Local terrorist groups like Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Baloch militant organizations are continuously targeting security forces. In such a situation, this is not the first time that Pakistan has made baseless allegations against India to divert attention from its failures.
This pattern has now become old, in which Pakistan exaggerates the shortcomings of its internal security and tries to portray itself as a victim of external forces. India has always rejected these allegations and has reminded Pakistan of the terrorist networks growing on its soil.
Questions are constantly being raised on the credibility of the Pakistani Army under the leadership of Army Chief General Munir. As instability is increasing in the country and people’s confidence in the army is decreasing, it is finding it difficult to come out of this crisis only through statements and propaganda.
