There will be bank holidays on these dates in April 2024

April 1, 2024: There will be a bank holiday on April 1 due to closure of bank accounts at the end of the financial year.

5 April 2024: There will be a bank holiday in Srinagar, Jammu and Telangana due to the birthday of Babu Jagjivan Ram and Jumat-ul-Vida.

7 April 2024: There will be a weekly holiday for banks due to Sunday.

9 April 2024: There will be bank holiday in Belapur, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jammu, Mumbai, Nagpur, Panaji and Srinagar due to Gudi Padwa/Ugadi Mahotsav/Telugu New Year and 1st Navratri.

10 April 2024: Banks will remain closed in Kochi and Kerala due to Eid.

11 April 2024: Banks will remain closed across the country due to Eid.

13 April 2024: Banks will remain closed on second Saturday.

14 April 2024: There will be weekly holiday in banks due to Sunday.

15 April 2024: Banks will remain closed in Guwahati and Shimla zones due to Himachal Day.

17th April 2024: Due to Shri Ram Navami, there will be bank holiday in Ahmedabad, Belapur, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Gangtok, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Patna, Ranchi, Shimla, Mumbai and Nagpur.

20 April 2024: There will be a bank holiday in Agartala due to Garia Puja.

21 April 2024: There will be a weekly holiday for banks due to Sunday.

27 April 2024: There will be a holiday in banks due to the fourth Saturday.

28 April 2024: There will be a weekly holiday for banks due to Sunday.
