Atul Subhash, an AI engineer living in Bengaluru, committed suicide. After the death of her son, the engineer’s mother had sought custody of her grandson in the court. The engineer’s mother has filed an application in the court regarding this. In which it was said that the custody of the grandson should be given to us. It was also said that the current whereabouts of the child is unknown. The entire matter was heard in the court on Tuesday. Now the next hearing will be on January 20.

During the hearing in the Supreme Court on the petition of AI engineer Atul Subhash’s mother, the lawyer of Atul’s wife Nikita told the court that the child is with Nikita. After getting bail on Saturday, Nikita has brought the child to herself from a school in Faridabad. Nikita’s lawyer told the court that since Nikita has to appear before the investigating officer every Saturday, he would take the child to Bengaluru and get the child admitted there.
Hearing in court on Anju Devi Modi’s application
Earlier on December 20, a bench headed by Supreme Court judge Justice BV Nagarathna had issued notice to the Haryana, UP and Karnataka governments on the petition of Anju Devi Modi. Anju Devi had said in the petition that after Nikita went to jail, she had no information about her grandson. The child should be found and handed over to them.
The Supreme Court has asked Haryana Government and Nikita to file an affidavit in this matter. The next hearing will be held on January 20. Let us tell you that Atul’s mother Anju Devi has demanded to hand over her 4 year old grandson. The petition said that Nikita and her family harassed Atul for money by implicating him in a false case. Due to which he had to commit suicide. In such a situation, along with Nikita, her 4 year old son Atul is also not safe.
