Ranchi, 22 August (HS). Congress on Thursday protested in front of the regional office of Enforcement Directorate (ED) located at Hinoo in Ranchi. As per the instructions of All India Congress, a protest was held in front of the Enforcement Directorate office under the leadership of newly appointed state Congress president Keshav Mahato Kamlesh demanding the formation of a JPC to investigate the Adani mega scam.
On the occasion, Keshav Mahato Kamlesh said that Congress has repeatedly demanded an investigation into the Adani mega scam. But it has always been rejected by the central government. Now the latest revelations of Hindenburg are proving the allegations of Congress to be true. Congress is demanding a JPC for investigation but the central government is running away from it. This proves that it wants to save its friends.
He said that the ED, which targets opposition parties on every small and big issue, is silent in this case, which highlights its helplessness. This makes it clear that the country's investigation agency is working as a weapon of the central government.
During this, Congress Legislature Party leader Dr. Rameshwar Oraon said that the country is in the grip of economic scams, institutions like SEBI which safeguard the money of middle class families have also been included in this list but the central government is sleeping. If JPC investigates the Adani mega scam, then the rulers sitting in the central government will be exposed.
