How to make Stuffed Mixed Vegetable Muthia
- – Heat milk and carrots in a pan. – Add chopped cabbage, green coriander, spinach to it. – Then add ginger-chilli paste to it.
– Then add some fennel seeds, white sesame seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, asafoetida, coriander powder, parsley, garam masala, jaggery, lemon juice, salt and mix all the ingredients well. - Leave this mixture for three minutes. – Then add jowar or millet flour to it. You can also mix. Add a little wheat flour, all the flours are mixed little by little to bind like dough. Add water and oil as needed. – Now make equal sized rotis of this mixture.
- – Now add crushed garlic, green chillies, grated cheese, finely chopped capsicum, salt, chilli flakes, oregano, green coriander, mozzarella cheese in a plate and mix.
- – Now the luva is ready and fill this stuffing in it and give it the shape of a fist. Then cook these fists in dhokliya. Take it out after it is completely cooked. Grind it after it cools down.
- – Put oil in a pan for frying. – Add cumin seeds, white sesame seeds, sweet neem leaves in it, then add dhokli pieces and mix. Now your stuffed mixed vegetable muthia is ready.
