Ranchi, 25 July (HS). Prohibitory orders have been issued regarding the Vidhan Sabha monsoon session. During this time, no processions, rallies, demonstrations, sieges can be organised within 100 metres of the Vidhan Sabha premises.
In view of this, from the security point of view, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Utkarsh Kumar, on Thursday night, using the powers conferred under Section 163 of BNSS, has issued prohibitory orders within 100 meters of the assembly premises for the duration of the assembly session. This prohibitory order will be in force from 08:00 am on July 26 to 10:00 pm on August 2.
During the curfew, there will be a ban on gathering of more than five people at one place, carrying any type of weapon like gun, rifle, revolver, pistol, bomb, gunpowder, sticks, bow and arrow, axe or spear. Also, there will be a complete ban on organizing any type of dharna, demonstration, siege, procession, rally or public meeting and using loudspeakers.
