Farewell given to retired officers and employees of the corporation

Korba 28 June (HS). 9 retired officers and employees of Nagar Palika Nigam Korba were bid farewell at the corporation office today on Friday. On this occasion, Commissioner Pratishtha Mamagai felicitated these retired officers and employees and wished them good health and long life. Other officers and employees of the corporation also felicitated the retired officers and employees and bid them farewell from the corporation office.

Estate Officer of Municipal Corporation Korba Shridhar Banafar, Revenue Officer Raghuraj Singh, Assistant Office Superintendent R.S. Chauhan, Timekeeper Rajkumar Singh, Chowkidar Shankar Puri, Corporation employee Vishram Tandon, Ramlal Sonwani, Safaimitra S. Gauraiya and Chunkai retired from the service of the Corporation today after their long service in the then Special Area Development Authority and Municipal Corporation Korba. These retired officers and employees were given farewell in a simple program organized in the Corporation office Saket. On this occasion, Commissioner Ms. Pratishtha Mamagai honored the officers and employees, welcomed them by presenting shawl, coconut and flower bouquet and wished them good health and long life. Commissioner Ms. Mamagai said on this occasion that you all have given your best to this organization during your long service, the Corporation will always be ready for your cooperation and wherever the Corporation will need your experiences, it will also be used. She said that I hope that all the retired officers and employees will give their time to their families and society. Additional Commissioner Vinay Mishra said on this occasion that the retirement of an officer or employee is the beginning of the second innings of his life. Now, after retiring from the service of the corporation, you will give your time to your home, family and society. I wish you a healthy and long life. The farewell program was conducted by Executive Engineer Akhilesh Shukla and the vote of thanks was given by Health Officer Dr. Sanjay Tiwari.
