Ranchi, June 28 (HS). State Congress Committee Working President Bandhu Tirkey said that the bail granted to former Chief Minister and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha Working President Hemant Soren by the High Court is a victory of justice.
Tirkey said on Friday that the manner in which Hemant Soren got bail after almost five months makes it clear that at the behest of the central government, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has not only implicated Soren under a deep conspiracy but has also misused the process of the agency as well as the court.
