The US state of Iowa has been receiving heavy rainfall for several days. This caused floods and people were forced to leave their homes and migrate. Officials told the public that due to the rain, the water level in the 'Rock' river in the area has increased and it is breaking its banks and entering the city. At the same time, the mayor said that a government helicopter was coming for help, but it was called back after boats were able to reach the residents in the submerged areas.
