Two members of an interstate gang involved in theft of big vehicles arrested

Koderma, June 17 (HS). Police has arrested two members of an interstate vehicle theft gang. According to the information received, SP Anudeep Singh received information that members of an interstate vehicle theft gang are active in the border areas of Koderma and Hazaribagh districts to steal a big vehicle. On the said information, Koderma and Hazaribagh police formed a joint special team and took action under proactive policing.

SP Anudeep Singh told in a press conference on Monday evening that during the raid two criminals Raju Rajak and Sahdul Khan alias Munna Khan were arrested. Of these Raju is from Koderma and Sahdul is from Delhi. The arrested accused told that they are active in the area with the intention of stealing trucks. Raju told that Sahdul has come from Delhi.

They told that three days ago they had committed a truck theft in Hazaribagh's Barkattha police station area. They are roaming in this area to steal a truck again. Both of them told that the truck stolen from Barkattha police station area was being taken to Uttar Pradesh. But there was a police checking near the rice mill in the Karuna police station area of ​​Jehanabad district of Bihar.

Due to this, they left the truck and ran away. On their information, the joint team recovered a 12-wheeled truck number JH02AA 3272 stolen from Barkattha police station area from Corona police station area of ​​Jehanabad district. The team has also recovered an Eon car from the criminals. The police took action and sent both the accused to Koderma jail in judicial custody.
