On the occasion of Eid ul Azha, prayers were offered in the Idgahs and mosques of the capital

Ranchi, June 17 (HS). On the occasion of Eid ul Azha (Bakrid), prayers were offered in Eidgahs and mosques in Ranchi on Monday. After offering prayers, prayers were offered to Allah for the happiness, prosperity and peace of the country and the state. After offering prayers, everyone hugged each other and wished each other Eid Mubarak. After this, sacrifices were offered in their respective homes. The process of meeting each other on the occasion of Bakrid continued throughout the day. On the other hand, Ranchi Police also remained fully alert in view of Bakrid. Maulana Doctor Asghar Misbahi offered prayers at Ranchi Harmu Eidgah, while Maulana Syed Shah Alqama Shibli offered prayers at Doranda Eidgah. Shahar Qazi Mufti Qamar Alam Qazmi offered prayers at Hawwari Mosque, while Maulana Syed Tahzibul Hasan Rizvi offered prayers at Masjid Jafaria.

All the police station in-charges including the DSP were roaming in their respective areas during the namaz. About two thousand police forces have been deployed in the capital Ranchi for Bakrid.
