Una, June 13 (HS). An awareness camp was organized by the Air Force Selection Center Ambala on Thursday at the Government Postgraduate College Una. In which the NCC cadets of the college were given detailed information about the selection process as “Agnivayu” in the Indian Air Force.
The program began with the Principal of the college Dr. Meeta Sharma welcoming the officials of Air Force Selection Centre Ambala. She expressed her gratitude to the officials and said that such programs are not only important for the career of the students but also provide them with opportunities to serve the country.
The Air Force officers gave the students detailed information about the various stages of the “Agnivayu” selection process, the required qualifications, training and career prospects in the Air Force. The cadets asked their questions on this occasion and the officers satisfied them completely.
Through this awareness campaign, the NCC cadets of Government College Una got valuable information about the process of joining the Air Force and the possibilities associated with it. At the end of the program, Principal Dr. Meeta Sharma thanked all the officers and students and emphasized the need to continue such awareness campaigns.
