1495 candidates appeared in B.Ed joint examination, 197 left it


Mirzapur, 09 June (HS). The joint entrance examination of B.Ed was conducted on Sunday under the supervision of CCTV cameras and magistrate. Out of 1692 candidates, 1495 appeared for the examination at four centers of the district, while 197 left the examination. ADM Shiv Pratap Shukla inspected the examination centers.

Four centers were made for the exam conducted for admission in B.Ed. These include Government Inter College located in Mahuvariya, GD Binani PG College located in Bharuhana, BLJ Inter College and Rajasthan Inter College. 1495 candidates appeared in the entrance exam at these centers. The exam was conducted in two shifts.

The district administration had already issued guidelines to conduct the examination in a peaceful manner. Apart from the centre administrator, no candidate or person will be allowed to carry a mobile phone. The centre administrator was made responsible for the purity of the question papers. The first shift of the examination was conducted from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift was conducted from 2 pm to 5 pm.
