Huge fire in PoK due to inflation, huge protests in Britain too |Live Updates,Unveiling the Latest India News Trends

Protests regarding inflation continue in PoK occupied by neighboring country Pakistan. Local people are in the mood for agitation regarding electricity bills, taxes and rising prices of flour. Strike like situation and heavy firing continues in PoK for the fourth consecutive day. Meanwhile, the situation became more explosive with heavy clashes between protesters and security personnel in PoK's Muzaffarabad. PoK echoed in Britain also. The Joint Awami Action Committee of Jammu and Kashmir is demanding abolition of electricity, wheat flour subsidy and other privileges in PoK. The police conducted a search operation in the area throughout the night. Meanwhile, many leaders and workers were arrested. Heavy clashes broke out between law and order personnel and local protesters in Muzaffarabad, Dadiyal, Mirpur and other areas of the PO.

Protests continue in PoK

Large-scale protests against price rise continue in Pakistan-occupied PoK. A local leader there said that the current situation in Muzaffarabad is very serious. On Tuesday morning, about five lakh people took to the streets protesting against tax cuts and subsidies in electricity bills, demanding abolition of allowances and privileges of the Prime Minister, President and MLAs. Suddenly the protesters retaliated and the Rangers retreated. The Rangers seemed to have retreated, but within a few minutes the bulk of the convoy dispersed. He also said that the price of wheat has been reduced by about Rs 600 to Rs 700 per month.

People of PoK asked for help from India

Internet services are currently suspended due to the volatile situation in PoK. Army helicopters are landing. Each helicopter carries 20 to 25 passengers.
