According to realty sector experts, residential realty projects were launched by Godrej Group around Vikhroli for Rs. 30,000 are being sold. Currently Godrej & Boyce Company has 3,400 acres of land in Vikhroli, such a project can be launched on 1,000 acres. A total of 10 crore square feet projects can take shape on this land. From this point of view, if the project is started on all these lands then the total sales figure will be Rs. 3 lakh crores.
