At the same time, if we look at Israel's military capability, it ranks 17th in the world. Israel's PowerIndex score is 0.2596.
Who has how many soldiers?
Iran, with a population of 87 million, has 56 percent i.e. 49 million manpower. The number of soldiers in Iran's army is 11.80 lakh. Of these, 6.10 lakh are active military personnel, while 3.50 lakh are reserve personnel. Iran has 2.20 lakh paramilitary personnel, 42 thousand Air Force personnel, 3.50 lakh Army personnel and 18.5 thousand Navy personnel.
Israel, which is fighting wars on many fronts, has a population of 90 lakhs and has 42 percent i.e. 37 lakh manpower. The number of soldiers in Israel's army is 67 lakh.
